Need some more help please

I ordered a Kartonowa Kolekcia Nieuport 11 in 1:32 scale from Poland. I also got the resin wheels and the laser cut sheet. I certainly cannot make heads or tails of the Polish instructions. Am I supposed to glue the pieces to the laser cut sheets or do the laser cut sheets replace some of the printed parts?

Also Texman suggested spraying the pages before starting which has worked out great for me on the kits I have printed. Should I spray these as well?

Am going to try and do my best on this and do not want to screw it up. I have looked through the Tips & Tricks forum and cannot find anything related to these laser cut parts.

Usually, when you get laser cut sheets (formers, etc) they are already the correct thickness needed. You should not need any additional lamination.

Key word- usually.

I would measure the thickness just to be safe.

Incidentally, Michael, when you have a question, it's a good idea to indicate the topic in your subject line. Something like "Help on laminating/spraying laser cut sheets." Among all the posts, it makes clear what you are looking for and speeds up the process of getting answers.

Here's one free way (of many) to read most any language:

1. Scan the instructions and save as jpg or other image format).

2. Use a photo editor to simplify -- for example, remove pictures and cut the text into single columns.

3. Use an on-line OCR (Optical Character Recognition) site like this to produce a text file.

4. Copy and paste text into an on-line translator like this.

5. Copy, paste, and print the translated text.

Many other ways to do it, paid and free. Some services/programs combine the OCR and translation into one step, for example.

Of course some translators require a little imagination to translate the translation, but the gist will certainly be there!
