Maybe one day, I'll give the white files (PSD files) of my models ..... but it's still far away.

No problem, I understand.
It was just a thought...

canopy

The canopy gave me a hard life (like many parts of this model).

It took me 6 attempts to create a good layout of the canopy, because this canopy is all transparent and should connect to the body from many directions.

When we build this model with an open canopy, it is much easier.
it is an easy job that we only have to pasted the little back of the canopy, and the rest of the canopy stays in the air without having to fit it into the model body.

In the end I made a mold, and to my delight I succeeded for the first time.
But it took me a long time to sand her to right shape as much as possible.

YOAV

All parts ... from the canopy made of paper to the final product.

A picture of the canopy that mounted on the cockpit.
The canopy is just resting and not fully affixed ... because I need to plan the interior of the cockpit.

Excellent work! Would you consider selling the canopy?

Let's wait until I finish the model and then we'll see.

Anyway, Chris from Germany creates and sells my canopies if you want.

Hi Yoav, that is simply an awesome canopy! Spot on! Your F16 looks very well shaped and may well become your best .

Cheers,
