@ Don, They actually are quite easy to do. But you have to do some curving ahead of glueing. I have the experience Zio's models are a lot about curving the parts right. Even the glue tabs.
In the end the turn out very nice little models. I did the Folgore and the Saetta, both are very nice models. The Folgore I did had one small mistake; the part at the back of the canopy was too small and I had to enlarge it to get it fitted. Looking good, so far, Michael! The curving of the fuselage is looking quite spot on. |

More WIP. Because these were designed without formers I added a partially folded horizontal strip the length of the fuse to keep the oval shape.

Major sub assemblies ready. I glued a wire inside wings to maintain dihedral.
