Indeed my friend! Is very interesting US Navy is one of early operators of dive bomb device separator. I have in the list a colorful SB2U3 to make and I made the device, and other surprises...

Cool My French 1940 Collection

Well friends! Again showing a part of my collection, and why I like the 1/100 scale so much. Here I currently show my entire 1940 Battle of France collection. All Scissors and Planes and derivatives except the Bloch 200, model by Der Kampfflieger (Oldtroll repaint) and Andre Gaurat's Dewoitine D510, repainted by Brent also. All Scissors models are shown here, some with assembly logs and some like the DB-7 and D520 with step-by-step construction.

Very nice collection. Excuse my ignorance, but is there any record for the Blériot-SPAD S.510 in combat? It is a very appealing looking biplane.

Nice collection for sure. The tricolour on the tailplane as well as the rudder really helps make this French Vindicator stand out.

You don't have to apologize to me, we are here to learn from each other. Referring to my references, the S510 equipped two GCs when war broke out in 1939, but were replaced by the MS-406 and Curtiss Hawk 75, as well as other obsolete types like the Potez 25, Dewoitine D371, Nieuport Delage 622/629, and the Dewoitine D500/501/510 were sent to regional defense squadrons, second-line units, as far as I know only the D500 actually entered combat. But maybe some French modeler can tell us something more accurate, as my references are relatively old.
