New addition to my soviet collection and six MiG-9 from Scissors I build, at this time is a MiG-9M, a modified version with four NR-23 cannons inside the nose, only prototype is build...

The number is a 1544 on Bruno's catalogue.

I guess Mikoyan decided to try gun arrangement like used in Gloster Meteor and didn't like it much since it wasn't used since.They tried some outrageous and interesting ideas way back then.Everyone did.Nice model.

This project actually is a variations on same theme. The next is a Yak-25K, and after a double build of Yak-15 and 17 in soviet colors...

In the schedule:

Double build of Yak-17UTI (one with cockpit)
Double build of MiG-9 (production sample with normal VVS tactical number, and I-301 prototype).

And Soviet Early collection ended after. So Is time to choose a new line from Scissors and Planes for workbench in my local hobby club.
