Murph's Model - B-707 American Airline, 1/144
The original scale of this model is 1/100 but I have reduced it to 1/144 to be in line with the series of B707's that I have beta built for Murphy. This one was printed on photoprint 4x6 which is too large for the whole main wing to fit. Thus, I have to cut it up, by Photoshop, so that the ailerons are on separate sheets and were re-assembled to the main wing as a unit.
Just in case you're interested to see other liveries, here's the Romanian Airline version http://www.papermodelers.com/forum/378078-post10.html and then the AF1 version http://www.papermodelers.com/forum/378476-post5.html. Now the American Airline version with a glossy look. Papermate |

Thanks, Mike, it's a very good design even without formers. All parts fit perfect.

American Airlines has a 737 in these markings, and I love it. It's my favorite of the ones I get to fuel. When I found a 707 in the same markings, I had to do it.

I'd love to see a 738 Astrojet or one of AA's new MAX planes.

I love all the original lightning bolt scheme aircraft of American. I especially love the 707 so this one is a winner.

I haven't had one of American's 737 Max's come through yet. Southwest has one on their side, but I don't get over there.
