I'll echo Ray's compliment about the finish. It seems to have a scale sheen to it -- not too shiny, but glossy enough to stand out. Do you just pour glue on the uncut part and squeegee it off? What's the technique?
And re: Golden Gate picks. They do even better if you drill a few holes through the upper half to help you grasp them. I started using them when I played bluegrass and haven't used anything since. |

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tdldnUd9AcU Great what you did with the pick. They do slip sometimes, especially when your hands get sweaty during gigs... I used to use plectrums with engraved logos, but nowadays I don't really loose grip that much. I somehow got used to the slight slipping, and I keep adjusting my hand now and then. When playing acoustic, I found Wedgies comfortable to use. They're quite thin, but they feel great. I never use them with my electrics though.

.....and the slow build continues. Took some time to make those 2cm engines.... 2 more engines left.

Accurate, pleasing to eye models are all about the outline. This looks a partially built full size on the floor at Boeing. You've nailed it son. Looking forward to the finished pics.

Looks absolutely great. Coming right along, can’t wait to see it finished.
In its present state it look like every new style airliner out there now. Huge twin engine aircraft. Once those ather P n W’s are hung, it’ll be a world of difference. |

I'm sick again..... Time for more modelling!!!! Lol
The two PWs and flap hinges are now on, which means I'm finished!! I haven't got the guts to do the wheels yet........ so I'm going to keep this as an in flight model.

Really coming together now. Just make it a in-flight model. No need for wheels. That’s lots of wheels to build.
