Not too much opportunity for model work this weekend, but managed to start working on the main gear. Complex shaped part for the lower gear, and lots of little parts to make the strut scissors..

Nice picture with one part 38a shaped and glued and another waiting May I ask if you used any extra tab to help fix the shape? It looks perfect, anyway!

It’s actually kind of nice model making if you are in the mood for it, the parts fit well generally so a major problem with lots of models ( including mine I’m afraid ) isn’t a worry but can’t be in a huge hurry ...

Thanks Ricardo I used contact cement applied with a small wire carefully. It’s quick and not water based to deform the paper. This glue is useful but has some significant drawbacks is stringy and excess harder to remove sometimes and the bottle dries out quickly too. Easy to wreck a project if not cautious...
