I've given a lot of thought to figures and I'm going to work on a few when I settle on a modeling scale for future builds. No Photoshop. These are just a little iPad magic with free apps—MagicEraser and Pages. Usually use the camera in the iPad or phone for the models. I might explain this a bit more in a separate thread sometime, but I really like to put my models in their historical contexts, and old pictures are a fun way for me to do that.
