Here is another successful 1/100 S&P Build... the A-7 Corsair repaint by Brent. I know a lot of you may notice the missing "little" details like the tail hook and the sensor "humps" but this was not intended to be a quality build for display purposes. This kit is going to have a very rough and very short life as my son's shiny new toy.

Nice work Falco. If properly balanced the A-7 makes a good glider. I once had a styrofoam catapult glider model (kid's toy) of one that was pretty accurate in shape that flew beautifully.

I still play with my toys... albeit with my kids who now own most of them! I only held on to the most sentimental ones. Here is a photo of a "styro" glider I made a couple of years back for the kids on my block before I had any of my own. I tell you they had a blast with them and you should have seen the paint schemes they came up with.

It's been a while but I managed to build this in the little free time I get at work... the S&P JAS-39. The model is scaled up 140% to it's roughly 1/72 scale.

Here is a sneak peak at what's currently on the table! This is also scaled up to 1/72ish but this time printed on 24lb "awards" paper... I really like this medium for this scale.

Nice smooth builds, Falco.
Many of my older (and sometimes newer) models also lived rather shortly. Small kids have a habit of destroying these things rather effectively.
But than, it's only paper.

Thanks guys... Work/Family is making this build slow but I am not complaining because I did notice an improvement in quality; maybe because I appreciate the little free time I get to model more.
