Latacoere 631

Did anyone build this aircraft, Latacoere 631? I want to build it but I could not find any downloadable sheets or instructions...

Beautiful aeroplane Patothe. I can see why you would like to build a model of one. Have put a request in 'Design Requests'on this forum? Some designer may be willing to take up the challenge.

I remember considering doing it in 1/300 but could not find a good 3-view

I checked his site. No go on this one but he has some gorgeous other stuff mostly 1/66 scale and mostly French.
