Thanks elliot for the kind comment!
Butelczynski - do you have some picture of your model?
Rata - heheh dont, just dont do it!
wireandpaper - I'll see the movie to be inspired!
Scott K - did you use the same alluminium adesive tape? for the other etals effects its an interesting technique, I would love to see your model!!
MichaelS - hehe I dont know, its just time that someone will do it.
philo426 - the Alclad seams an interesting paint, I wonder if it works on papel models aswell.

Well just aded some details, I need to say that '90s GPM models doesnt have to much details and I dont like the structure os its models, its a bit hard to line up all the sections ( a litte secret.. Halinsky do it better!

Also I build a canopy but dont like to much the result, will try again.

regards

This was the first time I saw a Mig-21. I knew about the Mig-15 and other apocryphal models like the Lindberg Mig-19.
But this was a revelation!
Nothing similar (I didn't know about the EE Lightning)

tried it not so long ago with a P-51 by gluing household aluminium paper to the paper. scored the lines through the paper, so they were sticking out and not sticking in. little tip: Gluing on aluminium needs very strong glue.

well, you need to print 2 sheets, cut parts and glue to the aluminium tape them fit sections to the other sheet, cut the part and assebly like normal paper model.

this time is for the rudder, I did another canopy but still not good enough.

regards.

And the model continue, still lot of to learn with this technique to match with real model stile and assembly.

This time is for horizontal elevator, due to GPM structure all model is not properly aligned, but still looking good.

regards.

There is never a time that when I come to this web site that I don't learn or find something of interest. I've always want to build a F-104 but to do the model justice I've always wanted to do in chrome covered paper. I wonder if I could do it this way? It's just some models can be built from card stock but a F-104 is different. At least in my mind such as it is. wc
