That big yellow area is actually one of my few issues with Gary’s designs. Sometimes a little yellow peeks out from a seam no matter how well the parts fit. If I was as good a designer as Gary, I could do it my way and pick a matching color. Until I am, I will put up with his way of doing things. I’m a long way from snatching the stone from the Master’s hand.

Here is the original model built to full size. Wingspan is 22 inches/55cm, length 23 inches/59cm. As to my point in my previous post, a little bit of yellow peaks out from the wing adapter and the landing gear pods.

Very good looking model.BAE choosed interesting air brake.Used in Buccaneer and likely some other cold war jets but originally a Dornier idea,but for slightly different purpose.
