The first "Weapons System"
The Fokker Eindecker with interrupter gears was the first "Weapons System" aircraft. Yes Roland Garros had preceded Anthony with the "shoot thru the prop" idea but it really wasn't practical.
While waiting for Michael Dazzos to release his Cars 3 Porsche I decided to jump in on Nobi's free Eindekker. I am not cheap and am more than willing to pay for these kits but this lil' guy is just so neat I couldn't resist. This is about 45 minutes work last night. MS

I remember this plane from the old WWI flight simulator probably from late 1980s or early 1990s! What a nostalgia...
 Anyway, nice and interesting subject. Maybe I'll build this Eindecker too, somewhere in the future.

Roman Vasilyev (der Kampfflieger) also has a very nice 1:48 kit that will of course downsize very nicely..

I did my Eindecker way back from Maly Modelarz kit.It also had Sopwith Pup in it.Both models were done,even if poorly.
Good luck with yours.I had hard time with large one since it only had rigging to hold wings level.

Another busy day here in MSville but I did manage to get some time in on Herr Immelmann's ride. I also showed my aerioplanes and the forum to a 16 year old boy and he went crazy. He got all excited about Michael Dazzo's Cars characters.
