Today's update. Trying out my idea for styrofoam formers. So far so good. What do you guys think? They sure are easier to sand.

Cables with bristles of brush, pieces of adjustment with polystyrene foam, you are an innovator, that another strange material you will use? It seems that it works well by what I see.

For formers I use thinnest corrugated cardboard I found.I have cereal boxes made with nearly 1/16 thin card.Easy to cut, easy to sand, light and much stiffer than simple card.

I also use it for inserts into wings/horizontal and vertical surfaces in 1/100 sized models.

Today I registered with the 'Murican Patent office for patent #: 3.14159265359. No I am not patenting pi! I am patenting my new styrofoam former system for paper aerioplanes.

Now I just have to patent a system for uploading files to this place so they will come out right side up. I feel like I am with Rata in Oz Ville!!!

Are the formers hotwire cut or just knife-cut?

The MS Patented Ronco Styrofoam cutter, bagel slicer and fish gutter. Also known as X-Acto #11 attached to an X-Acto knife. Don't be like Rata --- grab the right end.!!
