Another day another bit of progress.

Thanks again to Gene K for turning me on to Derwent watercolor pencils. Once again spit comes to the rescue!! These are by far the best edge coloring tools I have used yet.

Yes I know. Just haven't decided yet between the resin wheels and the O rings you sent.

Nearing the end of the journey. About all that is left is rigging, the Lewis gun and some general tidying up.

I found this kit a strange mix. Overboard detail on things that you can't see like the cockpit interior. When it came to things like the prop the designer expected you to do a 2 dimensional flat prop!! They were not flat!! I added some internal bracing / thickening to get it closer to the real thing.

Have you seen Leif Ohlsson's multi layered wood look prop? I haven't used it yet but a biplane model would look cool with it ..was in the downloads at one time...

Weird places for detail or not, you've sort of hit this one out of the park...I really liked your foray into 1/33!!!!

Neat Bebe my friend. Regards rigging- any ideas on what to use? Paintbrush bristles won't have the length here or have you got some special long ones?

Long live 1/100!! (Occasional foray into other scales acceptable.)
