Interesting how you glued the outer wrapper to the frame before assembling the fuselage ... I'll be trying that.

My neck hurt, so I "enhanced" your photos:

Does it come with the rockets like the old Aurora kit or are you going to have to scratch build them?

HaHa!! JB. Hadn't thought of that. Actually I think they talk about those Le Prieur rockets in the Lafayette Escadrille book.

I had all of the WWI Aurora models hanging from my ceiling in "dogfights" scenes........found out later that my sister would seek in and swat them with a broomstick to make them move...........now I know why they would break just hanging there. Never knew they had help!

I had mine tied together with yellow thread going from the machine guns to the tail of the Albatros, ect. Did not know then which a/c were first line at what time. All I knew was they were WWI

Once the Monogram's came along with folding wings and such I was on them almost exclusively. Mowed a lot of grass back then!!

A little more progress here in “no time for modeling” Ville.

Actually this is a lot like building the old Guillows and Comet stick & tissue kits. Just no horrendous smells. Any of you guys remember when “dope” was an OK thing?

ps. OK. For the life of me I can't get these photos to post correctly. I didn't use to have this problem. Just tilt your head to the side...

You go very well Michael, it looks perfect. At the beginning the same thing happened to me with some photos, they were turned, because, no idea, the strange thing is that I have to take the photos with the lens always oriented in the same way, if I do not do this they turn around. I do not get along with technology

A few quick ones before I finish up for the night.

The bonus is our 6 week old Serama bantam chickens. We now have a flock of about 40 and eggs galore!! (Well they DO fly after all so they should be OK here on the forum).
