It looks more beautiful with every post.

I like the -4 Duck. The narrow-chord ring cowling (Townend Ring?) gives the aircraft a Golden Age appearance to my eye.

Thanks you guys! Don this ring type cowling always reminds me of the Peashooter..
I've been working on both canopy and rigging, canopy not sold on entirely but I think the monofilament is ok for rigging material. I "fished" the line through the entire wing so could tighten the double lines together, otherwise one will loosen a bit when the other is tightened this method works pretty easily.
Better pics to follow hopefully...

Thanks again Colonel, having fun. This is a pic of the process, I tied the lines under the wing, colored with silver sharpie and holes for upper attachments made, glued in upper wing then pulling both lines to glue lower attachment points, trimmed lower lines flush as able to lower wing.

The gear on the Goose are very very similar, and Addison gave us a ride last weekend, I jumped at the chance obviously! What a fun ride!
