Assembly of the lower wings

Thanks to everyone

As for the wings, I have chosen to print on a paper brochure (160 gr / sqm), all this to simulate the translucent and resin fabric of this aircraft Ansaldo.

I hope I have well simulated the contrast between wings and fuselage, which was in plywood painted with copal resin.

Unfortunately, this brochure paper fades the intensity of black on the emblem.

Yes MichaelS, look here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aircraft_dope.

In Italy the Macchi.Hanriot HD.1, Savoia Pomilio SP.3, Ansaldo SVA* and Caproni Ca3, among others, had lacquered fabric wings.

no ribs,
I worked in relief on the hidden face.

wheel and spokes

The wheel is composed of 20 spokes on each side, in parallel pairs.

I therefore thought to build this tool:
Ansaldo A1 Balilla - DIY 1/33-img_20.jpg

.... in which the aluminum wire can be tensioned:
Ansaldo A1 Balilla - DIY 1/33-img_21.jpg

below I placed the first ring, then, after putting the glue, I put the second ring, and I pressed hard,

I cut the surplus aluminum wire:

then I made the other side:

soon....,
