Rear fuselage
The rear section consists of two conical sections and two sides that will house the cockpit area.
the parts have the cutout for the landing gear main wheel housing. That will prove to be challenging later on. Note: The rear framing incorporates the vertical fin frame. However, it must be removed in order to allow the frames to be pushed onto the rear cones. cut off test fit ( no glue ) More details coming. Isaac

Isaac,
Based on all of the modifications that you're doing just to put the model together, I'm not too sure how they could release a kit like this without some EXTREMELY detailed build instructions. Lucky you have so much experience. You're doing a great job. Gary

Maybe that's why I couldn't find any build articles for this kit Anyhow, there is more than one way to build. Thanks Isaac

I have the feeling that a complex card structure for the rear fuselage complicates the modeler’s work more often than not. I noted (with no surprise…) that you were able to get the good shape for the rear fuselage before putting the structure in! So, apart from the formers to get the cross-section right, many parts seem somewhat redundant. At best, they take time to “process”…

I'm simplifying as I go. I'm sure there will be more challenges to come. But, the design overall is good, however it relies on special skills that are not needed in a simple shape. Fuselage is elliptical in cross section with no complicated transitions. I'm am enjoying it though. And I want to finish it before my paper exhibit at the US Air Force museum for family day in August. Isaac

Center fuselage
Here are the fore and aft sections dry fit over the frame.
Add the two sides that will be connected to the aft section at this time Note: the cutouts for the main wheels. I elected not to install the wells on the frames. Those will be built later due to the possibility that they may not match the wing cutouts later on. Now cut the fuselage frames as shown. Each half will then be inserted into the fuselage halves and then joined. Isaac

Cocpit area
At this point, fit ( sanding needed ) and glue the forward framing into the forward fuselage section.
add the two nose tip parts ( too small and needed extra material ) add the cockpit inner side walls here are the rest of the cockpit parts ( minus the seat ) insert the cockpit floor here is the instrument panel sub assembly and installed. Note: The rest of the cockpit will be added toward the end of the build and enter thru the opening. I needed a smooth inner wall in order to attach the forward and aft fuselage sections at the cockpit location Next we will work the aft fuselage before joining the two halves Isaac
