These IAF Magazines sound amazing to offer such quality models to their customers... I will definitely hit the bookstores if I ever find myself in this area of the globe.

You won't

a regular source for printed copies of the kits is Ebay, I have a Mig-23 that they published.

There is a list floating around on the net with all the kits they have published.

Very impressive work, RON has some good paper modeling skills! That's what I like to see on a paper model: well detailed according to its scale, beautiful and easy to build.

Has anyone here completed the IAF magazine's F-15I?

yes.... i did it at the early 2000.....it was easy and good looking model.
but i have no pictures.
