Lockheed T 33 "Shooting Star" by Gerard Methorst

Greetings. First of all, I thank Gerard for sending me the file and trusting me to build his design for the trainer T33, an airplane that caught my attention, as I have not usually seen models of this plane. On Saturday working I receive an email with the file, which I am very happy, again thanks Gerard for your kindness, I hope to do a decent job.
The model, unlike the M-262 in this model the fuselage has a single structural piece to give it shape, I mean that each piece holds two sections.
This is very difficult for me, because we only have 1mm of support per section. As in 262, I made tabs and then I introduced the structural part, after reducing it, because when using tabs the thickness changes.
Instructions, these are summarized in three drawings where the position of the structural pieces are marked. With these diagrams, the photo of the model and several notes on the sheets with the pieces (they are in Dutch) is well understood. My work up to here let's say this acceptable, although the nose does not convince me how I stay. I'm slow, those who continued my work with the Mark1 already know the days of madness that I am going through. Soon we will return to normality. The fuselage is ready, the wings will follow, like Gerard does not specify the recommended grammage of paper and this is at our discretion, surely I will have to adjust the pieces of the structure, we will see.
Greetings and thanks

P-80/T-33 Nose section is always a difficult part... the designer really did a good job of it on this kit.

T-33

I made it three years ago and remember a very difficult construction. Mine is misaligned and warped. It was made as test for a Mexican Air Force recolor but not finished it. I used 120 gr/cm opalina paper and is strong and ductile for that plane. This is the best T-33 kit model available. Very nice job ´til the moment, go ahead!! We are waiting for your advances. Regards,Tony.

Great work so far, Sergio. Not an easy model but definitely interesting.
What scale it is?

Thank you very much, could go better, but I do not dislike.
Tony, your model looks very good, and as you say is not very easy to build, but very interesting and fun. The nose was the hardest, the rest not so much .
I think like Kacper, what you see is a Canberra? Kacper: the scale is 1/50, quite large, about 23cm in length.
