Everything's explained in the first post. If there are any other questions just ask.

To PWA aircraft owners: When you build it, post pictures here.

If anyone built my recolor and I don't know anything about it, let me know where can I see it and then I can send DC-3.

At the moment, PWA will have 3 planes in its fleet:
DC-3 PWA VH-QAB "Lady Jane"
DC-3 PWA VH-QAJ "The K-man Special"
DC-3 PWA VH-QAE "El Hornero"

As you know "Lady Jane" is mine and it's named after The Rolling Stones song with the same title. "The K-man Special" , "El Hornero"? Maybe owners of these planes will tell you what's the background of these names...

Thanks Kacper, your gesture to us is very appreciated. The Hornero is mine boys. One of my daughters helped me to choose the name. The hornero is our national bird, small, meek and hardworking, builds its nest with mud and twigs , an incredible and very laborious job. Usually sparrows and other birds end up stealing the nest. And with all his will he begins again. My daughter says that I look very much like him. And he is right.

Great research, Carlos! I was glad to get that information about the DC-5s.

Kacper - As you know, it was not unknown for the U.S. Government to repossess aircraft from U.S. manufacturers that had been bought by foreign companies or governments. A famous case was a number of Seversky P-35s purchased by Sweden as J-8s and diverted to the Philippines. At the Air Force Museum, I saw a photograph of one of these aircraft taxying still in Flygvapnet markings.

Vinalssergio155 - I like the look of that Hornero and am glad to know that there is a Pacific Wind Airlines Dakota named after it.

Don

Love that line: ''If your children misbehave on this flight they'll be asked to play outside''.

Greetings to all. Today we inaugurate the PWA with the first DC-3 in flight conditions. Do not be afraid of its appearance, it is very capable of flying, when taking the photos, a gust of wind made it fly like 2mts and left unharmed. If you dare to travel in it, the first trip is free. We do not guarantee your safety or have insurance. But we are brave and here we are ready for the adventure.
Now seriously, Bruno's first model that I build and I understand some parts, I guided myself with a thread of Kacper and so I was orienndome.Salvo the nose that did not go well the rest came out pretty well. If I had not stuck in certain parts this is built very fast.
Thank you very much Kacper for El Hornero and well, we will see who They are the brave ones in encouraging themselves to climb.

First words will be not about the model. At first I'd like to congratulate you good photos again!
Your "El Hornero" came out great. I hate modesty so, to hell with it, my aluminum effect looks outstanding on this DC-3! Thanks for this beautiful launch of PWA, Sergio. Nice stand too. What is that?

Well done Sergio. So long as Fred Scuttle isn't the pilot I'll risk a flight in her.

And K-man- you've every right to be happy with your creation. It DOES look good.
