@ MichaelS - Halinski's Hurricane is an old kit, much less detailed than the newer kits. Paintig quality and fit are very good. As Erik suggests, you may find a better kit elsewhere. And there it is. I very seldom “repeat” subjects. The Mk.IXc and the Mk.Ia have different detail but, from a distance, look very much the same and a “repeat” may not be appealing for the modeler. However, the plane is so pretty and the kits are so good that I couldn’t resist. The very different liveries are a welcome plus and the same applies to the Mk.Vb version’s colors (released in 2005). I have a copy of that kit and it should make the trip to the working bench, sooner or later. The pictures follow the usual pattern in my threads. |
