Those LEDs were a pain in the back to be honest. As the things that you see are not LEDs themselves, but the mushroomed ends of fibers and the actual LEDs are in the body controlled by Arduino

Very nice build. Especially nice job on that "fiddley" rear turret. I think you got it exactly right based on photos of the "Lady be Good" which was B-24 D.
