Deformed P-40

Here's more build info:

Extra steps taken :
The fabric control surface ribbing were burnished from the backside
and engine exhaust stacks were added from another print out.

After build, I discovered the tail wheel doors appear backwards. The tail wheel support locater aligned with the fuselage
causes the doors to be backwards. When installing I only checked to see that the rudder was clear of the doors.

Close up photography points out the problem. Also the engine exhaust picture shows Krylon acrylic matte residue.

I constructed the Deformed P-40 intending to show it at the Planes of Fame veterans coffee klatch gathering Tuesday morning where
their P-40 is displayed.
