Could you describe how do you make glass covers for planes? Method of making them ,material you use etc??

Merry Christmas

As you can see its starting to look like an eagle ,Horizontal stabilizers are on and moveable and I need to deal with the back of vertical stabilizers.
That it for now,im going towork on stand for it and start yoavs amazing f-16a in new livery
