The only thing I hate in the GPM version of the B-17G are those petal shaped engine nacelles.

You may want to modify those quirky parts.

From the quality of your work on the nose this should be an awesome model.

B-17 is progress. Finished some details for the nose section, and made the wooden form to thermoform the front part of the nose.

What do you do to thermoform? Is a heat gun sufficient? Or do you have a little

vacuum table?

No problem Ruben. I am sharing my process so I can learn and improve my techniques from others as well. This is my third plane and I got hooked in this hobby. I am also sorry for my mistakes in English but it is my second language.

This will be my first time to try thermoform. For now I will use heat gun,but I am thinking of making a vacuum box in the future.
