GPM offers one in 1/33 scale -- an excellent kit for intermediate modelers. Krys at the Paper Model Store has one. Paper Model Store. Otherwise, it shows up on E-bay now and then.

GPM has a canopy, and listed as out of stock the wheels and the kit itself.
