You've done full justice to this Bruno CMDRTED. What a beauty she is.

Oh Falco there are flaws. smudge prints, glue marks crinkled areas where I force fit stuff. I'm just sneaky enough not to focus on those areas with the camera! but thankyou.

No really... This is one of my most feared S&P kits. My last attempt ended up looking like a mashed up ball of glue and paper.

this is attempt 5 or 6. several parts have been squished. when I get home from work i'll take pictures of the last attempts that didn't get balled up. kind of reminds me of the past Ripley cloning attempts from the 4th alien movie.

Incredibly clean and neat build young fella!! You should really think about building ships ( ). I am not a big fan of Fast Movers but this is just fantastic!!!

Take the rest of the year off to recoup!

MichaelS i'll return to the big floaty things soon. Falco, this is to show you it doesn't always work out the first time or 2nd or 3rd etc. I took my "skills" for granted and ended up a little short. but I love this aircraft and finally eeked out a good one...

Finished at last

The Jolly Roger tomcat of VF-84 was one of the aircraft featured in an old B- movie "Final Countdown". The USS Nimitz went back in time before the pearl harbor "raid" and was presented with an attempt at alternating history. Oddly enough they were able to tweak it as 2 tomcats took out 2 A6M2 zeros before the attack. talk about overkill. anyways I always liked the color scheme of VF-84 so here she is...
