That's the plan Wyvern. I'm in the process of finding out how to submit models to Ecards at the moment.

In the meantime this is where I'm at with the next P-40- a 57th FG long-tail 'F'. Please bear in mind these are test builds so any errors you see (in this case I forgot to do the panel lines over the insignia) will be rectified when the models are put to sale.

Thanks Falco. Trouble is I'm spending a lot more time repainting than I am test building. I've got a couple of rostered days off coming up which I'll dedicate to building so hopefully I should have the P-40F completed as well as the Coastal Command Boeing Fortress that I promised and should have submitted to downloads ages ago.

Nearly there. Sorry for the delay with this one. I'm preparing a landing gear option that if works out, will be submitted to downloads with this model. The landing gear sheet will include two extra sets for the previous two B-17 repaints.

Yay! I can delete my old WIP! This RAF Fortress II (IIA?) looks very nice.

Boeing Fortress II 'Keflavik Cutie'

Just submitted this to downloads for approval. It's a Boeing Fortress II of 251 Met Sqn RAF out of Reykjavik towards the end of WWII.
I resized to 1/100 and repainted Bruno's original 1/300 B-17F 'Memphis Belle'.
For this model I thought a basic landing gear would be in order so I came up with what you see here which happily doesn't look too bad and which I've also submitted to downloads with the sheet having 3 sets- the extras are for my two previous B-17 recolors. Thanks for the patience and I hope you consider 'Cutie' as worth the wait.

Thanks Cafe. From what I can ascertain 'Mk II' corresponded with the B-17F, while 'IIa' the earlier B-17E and then of course the Mk.III being the B-17G.

The download has a typo: it's labelled as a Fortress III but should be II.
