Thanks Kacper. I'm like yourself in getting bored with doing a series of the same type but for some reason I've yet to find that happening with the Ryan. I must like this plane a lot more than I thought!

very good work on your Fokker.I did few of those and fit was bang on.Excellent design and very flexible.Two of mine have been enlarged to +/- 1:72 scale and they look great.

I would Love to make a comment about Sir Rata's lovely little Fokker but I am already hanging by a thread over the chasm of "Time Out" because of some of my past comments.....

Holland was a huge export customer for the Ryan. The STM-S2 had interchangeable wheel and float landing gear. This S2 served with the Royal Netherlands East Indies service. After the Japanese conquest of that part of the world large numbers of these aircraft were transferred to the RAAF.
Lot of time put into this one. The floats are resized and modified items from Bruno's Fairey Seafox. In the end I'm glad I spent the time I did because it's a pretty unique 1/100 model. Thanks for looking and like the others on this thread will be made available through Ecards.

Thanks Carlos. I was actually a bit surprised it went as well as it did. This is the test build and showed the repaint didn't need much modification.
