I received this today from our friend Nobi. I have put him in touch with a former B-52 crew member. If anyone has any BUFF related nose art, etc. please let Nobi know. I think this B-52 will be fabulous.

Dear Michael,

How are you? How are your family? How are your horse? I just recover from sick and can come back to work.

I continue to make a model to give to people who support me with a donation as I told you. Also I will use this model to make another support from another modeler too.

According to attachment, you will see that I design a 1/100 B-52H. Model is very big, 48.5 cm length in 1/100. I nearly finish this buff but I cant find any good reference on marking. A nose art or tail marking. I think I need some help. Can you give me some favor? I think you can help me on that.

Thank you very much in advance.

Best regards

It's great to know that Nobi is out of the hospital and busy working on new paper models.

Thanks, Michael

Hi all,

Thank you very much for all support and all words. Now I back from hospital, I feel better and recover from sick. As you know that I got a tough year since beginning of 2018 till end of 2018 and still go along on 2019. Situation is better but not good yet. I have a commission design what still not finish yet but I will finish as soon as possible.

B-52H is my very old project what I not finish yet. Buff is Lauren's (aka Ashrunner) favorite. He ask me to design that Buff long time ago but Im not finish yet until he passed away :-( So I think to finish Buff to be a memorial for him.

Michael help me a lot last year also with another modelers who support my work or donate me. I really appreciate that. After I finish this Buff, I will send to people who donate me a money last year for thank you gift. Now I only make a nose art and then this Buff will finish.

Size of this Buff is around 48.5 cm. in 1/100 scale. Very big airplane. Below is a render picture of 1/100 B-52H.

Thank you very again for all support.

That looks great my friend. May I suggest that you issue this one kit and then offer custom nose art for a reasonable price. You can ask for a bit more if the requester wants it only for himself. Charge less if they will allow you to then sell this custom markings option to all after he has received it.

This is similar to what Aaron Murphy does (or used to do).
