Cool North American Sabreliner in 1/100 beta test

Hey people.

Here my new builds in 1/100 scale.

At this time is a beta test of North American Sabreliner, pretty subject from Murph's Models, the original scale is 1/37. Show two version a standart USAF T-39 and NA-264 Series 60. Nice models easy to build.

Both and comparation with 1 real coin (same size of 1 euro coin)

I forget that these are tiny models in 1/100 scale, so there is only so much that can be done to the accuracy of the model design.

In larger scale of 1/33 or so, these issues will show up.

Great seeing the first generation business jets. This one as well as the Lockheed Jetstar, Dassault Corvette, and early learjets

And I recall that there was a McDonnel jet, I don't remember its full ID. But it had four engines, similar to the DC-8 and Boeing 707.

And the scale of 1/00 is really too small. As you state, 1/33 is standard to go with the GELI Caravelle, Falcon 20 executive jet, DC-9, Boeing 737, DC-3, Fokker F50 and the Junkers JU52.

You are thinking of the McDonnel 119/220. That is a cool looking jet.

The model comes at 1:37. Pericles just likes building them at microscopic scales. THey're both up now, and an unmarked version in the Repainters nook.
