Now the parts 43 for the engine fairing ... I start with 43 a, b, c.
In part 43 a, each strip is individually glued ... with the bars, the engine is now finished
The exhaust is actually made of wire, but I make this out of 1.5 mm Finn cardboard

Yours sincerely
Kurt

With the two wing spars the engine is suspended in the tube. First sample, fits very well!
The support elements for the motor are reinforced inside with wire.

First, I will attach the breakpoints for the columns.
The engine, the struts and the "tension wires" prepared. Now it gets really exciting - the installation of the engine ....

Yours sincerely
Kurt

There is rigging between the engine and the duct?! The accessibility for assembly looks problematic...

Hello Ricardo ,
You'll see it's not as difficult as it looks before

But now in it ...

First thread the tension wires and secure them with clamps ... through the tensioned wires the motor centers itself in the tube

Now tighten the wing spars and wires on the outside ... the support struts are glued, the outer ring I have the edge now blue colored

Yours sincerely
Kurt

Hello Friends off Stipa

Thank you all for the nice comments

Now scene change, the wings follow ...

Step by step, now the wings are glued, but not with the wing spars ... after everything is well dried I can do the wing
Remove the skeleton from the bars.

The wings leading edges must be rounded well before ... on the ribs I paste thin strips of paper

Yours sincerely
Kurt
