I don't know how I missed this thread. A great looking 727.

Thanks, Gary
Ok, just two details to finish the repaint: the small section where the front doors are placed, and the rear door and bumper under the tail.
Once done, print and assemble. This one is going to have flaps, gears and airbrakes open.

Sorry this post must have gone to my 727-256adv Iberia. ¿There is some way to erase this?

Checking old threads, found this one.
Since my last post I correct the external engines and found a better camera.
This model needs a final tunning once the external wings are attached, but it would only happen once I have a permanent exposition stand, meaning within (many) months away.

After so many time (since Feb 2019) at last I decided to glue the external half of the wings.
I hope sometime I'll continue my 1:144 fleet with more 727s and DC-9. But right now I'm finishing my 1:72 Supermarine Stranraer, so... next year?

Exclamation

A quick observation if I may:

The center engine inlet at the base of the vertical fin is too small. Also check the shape. Some had a slight oval to them.

Isaac, I knew about the number 2 oval intake of the -100 series, but I had not seen that the central intake was bigger than the -200 one. I can blame (truly) to the original model I repainted, but I will be more careful the next time. Thanks!
