Great build Isaac and the canopies have turned out very well. I can only agree with you regarding vacuuming: Just do it. There are very good tutorials on YouTube and in fact it's pretty easy to make a vacuum box.

Once you done a few canopies, the hardest task is to make a mold. The vacuforming is simple.

If there is a canopy that a company makes, I would prefer to purchase it. Just simpler to do.
