Hawker Hurricane by NOBI

Something of a "relax" type of model.I think this is one of the older designs by NOBI since it's done quite a bit different than newer ones.Proportions are off, some shapes are off but model falls together with zero fuss or issues and model looks the part.I particularly like colors of this Hurricane-Those are very close to perfect RAF colors of that period,Polish PK-K 315 Squadron codes are added bonus.Laser printer changed them a bit, sunshine also does it's trick so colors on pictures are a little different from what they are in the kit.

Cool looking,easy model.

BTW-kit cover says it's 1:48 scale-it feels fair bit larger.

Nice Hurricane B. While it's generally known that laser printing tends to darken colours, I find with Thaipaperwork models laser printing can alter some colours as well. They print on inkjet ok though. There's some technical explanation for this I guess.

The only reason I use laser printer is because I have access to one for free.Nothing beats "free".

Totally agree. Same boat that I'm in.

Great build of a real classic. My father saw a fair amount of "Hurribombers" during his time in Burma during WWII.

This was one of the first 1/100 lits I built. Never looked back after that.
