Aaron Murphy has a Boeing 377/C-97/KC-97 in multiple liveries. The scalz is 1:76.

Scissorandplanes has a simpler and smaller (and free) model in 1:300.

I can´t find the file but I´m sure there it is a 377 by Gerry Airlines. Last night searching in the Net I find several KC-10 images with both Propellers and Jet engines, very interesting.Tony.
