Hello Isaac,
It seems that there is not much structure inside the fuselage. The cockpit, landing gear and airbrake bays glue directly to the fuselage skin. Is that so? It makes a change from the “structure intensive” Super Mystère and F-104, just to name a pair of other GPM kits.

correct!, this kit has minimum frames in the fuselage and that is all that is needed. I am glad it is simple.

Exclamation Upper spine fairing

here are the parts. Will extend from the rear canopy to the vertical fin.

I started from the back and will go forward

I added two card strips to align and support the fairing.

I omitted the small rectangular part that is inserted to the upper forward fairing. This is the canopy railing. It will be modified later on instead of cutting into the fairing.

Taking a pause here.

Tomorrow, I am displaying as many as 15 of my early jets and 2nd generation jets at the USAF museum in Dayton Ohio where I volunteer. We are having family day and I will talk about the installation of jet engines in aircraft.

Isaac - It looks like the Yak 25 is coming
along very well and the build is looking excellent so far.
It will be interesting to pose him side by side with the Vautour when finished.

Yes, I have the Vautour built at a 1/33 scale and will photograph them both.

the tail section looks good.

And it would be very interesting to put the two models next to each other.
