Three other pre-WW2 aircraft by Ingénia

This completes the collection that I have. Sorry that my camera was failing at the time, so the shots I took during building were too dark to use. The first is a Bloch 220, 1:75 designed E. A. Schefer. Publication date unknown. It was published as a two-fer, along with a simple model of a "contre-torpilleur" (anti-torpedo) boat "Le Terrible". The plane itself first flew in 1933.


The model is extremely simple, again, like the Trimotored Wibault, having 2 dimensional wheels and motors. The turrets can turn, if you don't glue them in. It is letter G in the B.M. series by Ingénia, which were more toylike, and perhaps less expensive.

Next is a Curtiss P36. this was also 1:50, and by a different designer, J des Gashons, who seems to have done the intrawar designs. Published as a single sheet, without a cover. Has a simple cockpit interior. The ink has faded, andmthe printing maynot have been of great quality originally.


Does any one know how Ingénia kept publishing models of Free French aircraft in WW2?

And finally, the Breguet 690. Same designer and format as the Curtiss - J des Gashons, single sheet, no cover. 1:50. A gesture of an interior. The aircraft first flew in 1938.

There are very few French planes in paper.
The 2D engines and landing gear of the Bloch look excellent if someone wants to reduce it to 1/200, 1/250, 1/300, or like me to 1/400!
