Hawker Hunter T7 1:48

One of my last projects the Hunter T7 two sitter training version.
This model is from Academy of young model makers.
I always liked the Hunter because of the sleek and elegant lines.

Hunter T7 vs Hunter F-6

Thank you all for the replies.
The two sitter T7 was developed from the standard plane and the front section was modified for side by side configuration which was common in the RAF.
I took images of both to reveal the differences.
The F-6 was published in the early 60's in the IAF magazine with the Jordanian livery and is based on the Swiss WHM Hunter model.
Both models are in 1:48 scale and the T7 is longer by almost 3 feet.

I remember building the Jordanian version.

Long time ago. Nice kit if I recall.

Thanks for your replies Isaac and Rata !
Isaac - the Jordanian Hunter was published in the IAF magazine in 1962 from the original wilhelmshavener Swiss Hunter and it was one of the better models for it's time.

Rata - I agreed with you regarding the beautiful shape and elegant lines of the Hunter not to mention the fact that it was the most successful post war British jet fighter.
The Hunter served in many air forces around the Globe and was loved by it's pilots.
Even today it is still flying by private owners in airshows !
