Thank you very much guys !
It's a pleasure to be able to come here again. @Butelczynski: You're right, it's inkjet. For the paper i choose my regular 160gsm which is quite heavy but perfect for that. Have you checked this website ? ZarkovModels Card Models Store There is maybe what you're looking for ? (Mine come from here) Thanks again guys ! Here is a little sneak peek for the next model, (it's mainly dry fitting so far). It's a repaint i did myself so there will probably some mistakes or color missmatches, again more new process like weathering with inkscape since the model was completely vectorized. Best regards! Ronan

Hi everyone! and thank you Erik !
Here is my first build for 2020, a 1/33 scale Yakovlev Yak-9T of the Groupe de Chasse 3 Normandie Niemen, 303ème Division Aérienne. (Doubrovka Summer 1944). This birds was flown by Colonel Pilot Pierre Pouyade. This model was created by Marek Pacynski. Great model! Horizontal stabilizer fairing were a bit tricky because of their complex shape but overall it was a pleasant build. I added preshading before printing and after I put some exhaust stains around the gun and the exhaust pipes. Also here are some pictures of the SU-30SM, the project is a bit on hold since I'm having a lot of fitting problems. Sadly I can't come here more often tha before cause my phone can't handle VPN. I can only come here from my computer. Best regards, Ronan

Beautiful work on the Yak-9. Nice looking plane as well.
As for the Suchoi, those large models are always tricky when it comes to fitting the parts. Good luck Isaac

Thank you very much guys !
@Isaac yeah they are not easy indeed, this one especially has many many little parts to make the skin panel and a pretty complex inner structure (but not in the same way as other models). I built an another model from the same creator back in 2013 and it seems i'm going to have the same problem with gaps between the fuselage and the big wings. We'll see if I can handle them. Best regards ! Ronan

Hi everyone! Here is my newest model! A Sukhoï SU-33 Flanker D of Russian Naval Aviation from the 279th KIAP (Independent Shipborne Assault Aviation Regiment), 1st squad navy.
It's carrier-based on the aircraft carrier Admiral Kouznetsov. Bort number 70 red. This model was released by Maxart for free (its also possible to get it printed from YG model editor). The scale is 1/33. This is my entry for the Full Flankage group build on Instagram with more than 20 people building plastic Flanker. It took me 4 month to finally get to that result. I've used as usual for big models 160gsm paper sheets and for 100gsm for smaller parts or rolled tubes The wheels are made of laminated cardboard sanded with my Dremel and painted. These are my best wheels so far. The pitot probes are made using needle applicator from old Revell glue. The metal parts (like the gun panel or the various actuators) are made of aluminum speed tape glued on the paper. They are weathered using Tamiya panel line accent color black. The edge of the paper has been painted with Vallejo paints. Best regards! Ronan

WOW! Ronan, that SU-33 looks amazing. You did a fantastic job on it. All the stores add very nicely with the wings folded.
