Uncolored version printed on colored card stock; no edge coloring required. Printed on Wausau 67 lb. Exact Digital Color Copy Cardstock . Burnishing: Burnished parts page face up over a folded paper shop towel. Due to color card thickness the light table did not show through; markings and lines were not visible on the reverse blank side. Duplicated engine exhaust after seeing AN-2 Internet photos. A very logical step; if the airplane´s skin is corrugated, then we must corrugate the paper!
Nice masterwork Bob Penikas!!! I´ve seen that rounded tool before, I think it cames into a set of tools but I can´t find info about it. Very well done, sir. Regards,Tony. P.S. May I borrow one of your images for my thread? |

It is a ball burnishing tool. They come in many different sizes and are found in art supply stores. Of course, you may use my photos. BP |

Super job! Thanks for the heads up on corrugating the wings...…..out of all the different ways that I've tried yours is the best so thanks again and that's a beautiful plane.
