The jig looks great, but too time consuming for me. I would probably just wing it.

Challenging project wonderfully executed. The jig is brilliant and your construction clean and tight. I look forward to the completion and release of this one!

My friends!
The construction of wing struts is close to the end, is a update of the day... Remenber I put a strip on the main struts for made reinforcement, and external struts I laminating used permanent spray glue, all conections between struts /fuse/wing are first gluing with pva white glue after with low viscosity CA glue... In friday I hope attach tail with struts and starting nacelles, the rigging is the next and model finally after a long awaited is finished... |

I would highly recommend gluing the jig to a solid base. Whether cardboard, or foamboard. It will make things a lot easier. There is no way in 7 bells this model will go together without the jig, or something similar (Lego pieces maybe).
