In fact I use some techniques, my favorite is a monofilament rigid wire for suture, but in some cases I use nylon thread of fishing 004" thread, in next steps I show the rigging installation, like a struts is a complex job in this project.

In last night I made undercarriage leg, for made a representation of S40A, nothing special, the only difference I laminated the wheels with heavy cardboard and use the back of wheels from kit, lamination use in this case serve like a rigid support.

Pericles, would you be kind enough to post a picture of
the suture wire you referenced about rigging?

Hi Ray

Here the box...

In Brazil exist some sellers and fabricants, I buy in medical shops, or dentist shops, in general wire suture use in wide sutures, but today more in vet uses and in human in special cases ( like a suture of bones)...

Sutures are available on Amazon (much to my surprise). Most are very inexpensive and for our purpose should be perfectly adequate.

On side note I have to look into possible upgrade of my First Aid course to include use of sutures. Can be very useful knowledge.
