Rockwell-MBB X-31 Papercraft (Bruno Vanhecke)

Rockwell-MBB X-31. I bought it last week, because the scale is too small, I scale it to 1:33

Good to see it scales up with no apparent quality loss. What you've built so far looks like nice work. Please keep posting your progress on this project.

What an interesting thread. If we buy the Fly Model version, it has a cost of 13 Euros, from a german papermodel store, plus shipment, in my case to Mexico. That´s a total of 24 euros!!! Now, we are going to follow this thread to see how an under 1 euro model comes to a final product and evaluate it against the other product. We´re waiting for more advances. Regards,Tony.

IIRC the part in picture 2 is the inside of the air intake.

I am eager to see the final result. I did not know that I was not the only one crazy enough to build 1/100 kits at 1/33 scale. You have to be careful when working with scaled up S&P kits... test fitting before assembly is crucial.
