I'm glad to see people downloading the Stinson, hope you enjoy your builds!
Did a bit more research for another Stinson recolor and found that the aerofiles.com database suggested the L-12 designation included the model SR-5. However, Joe Baugher's serial number database lists 44-52992 as an SM-7B, and the only SR-5A models were 44-52994 and 44-52996. I've decided to withdraw my doubtful recolor for now, but if anyone still wants it send me a PM. This new recolor of RAF X8519 is one of two SR-5 models impressed by the RAF, s/n 9326 registered G-ADDG (the other being s/n 8779 registered G-ACSV, written off 5 months after becoming RAF X5818). I haven't found photos but the recolor is based on impressed RAF SR-9 and SR-10 markings and Taylorcraft Auster Mk.VI camouflage schemes. Find it in the Stinson SR-5 folder in our Downloads. And don't forget, the first to upload a build photo other than INAEC NPC-4 gets to choose a Stinson recolor! |

By the way Pablo, I know this wasn't the RAF Stinson V-77/AT-19 version you were hoping for, but it is a RAF Reliant!
