Republic RC-3 SeaBee -murph-IAF (Israeli air force)

Hi again

It has been a long time since I introduced a
model in the forum and there are some that I would like to reveal.
The first is seabee in scale 1/27, designed by murph.
I painted the model in the colors of the Israeli air force.
Due to lack of experience, the plane's buoys were broken down in an attempt to land, and since then there were only landings on the ground, the plane was completely destroyed during the bombing of Dov Airport(tel aviv) during the War of Independence ( 1948).
Today, the Air Force Museum in Hatzerim is displaying a model like this.

One of the aircraft that fascinated me as a child (1950s). The repaint looks superb!

Its very interesting seaplane .
More progress...
Murph designs his models so that their construction process flows (at least those I've encountered so far).
The front part of the Seabee was completed, tabs were pasted with white glue and the parts were glued together with uhu glue
