Now I understand, thanks Gary. Hopefully you don't have any problems. Every time I go to the copy center to print something I return with the same doubts, if everything is correct. Many times the same thing happens, some color variation.

Fuselage Aft Assembly

Sergio, I did find out that the card stock used at the print centre is of higher quality than the card stock that they sell. I find that strange.

Well the aft fuselage assembled well. The formers fit well, only minor sanding required (very easy to do with the balsa wood).

As per Dave's build thread, I'm going to start on the cockpit, and insert it prior to assembling the forward fuselage sections.

Thanks,
Gary

That's a very precise, smooth, and clean-looking fuselage, Gary!

Gary, I get my models printed at a similar chain store here in Australia called Officeworks. I've had different pages of the same model printed on different days with HUGE variations in colour reproduction although the actual print quality is always good. Of course the obvious lesson here is to print all pages of the model in one hit.
BTW, on yours the only problem I see from the photos is the upper surface Ocean Grey is a little too blue. The other colours look ok.
Good luck with the build though from what I've seen of other Airdave's builds on here I'm sure the model will turn out just fine.

Thanks Garry, much appreciated. I've printed other kits at Staples, and they turned out great. I'm not too sure what they did on this one, obviously some kind of setting is different. Along with the Ocean Grey, the Sky stripe is green. I had the same issues when I printed my Spitfire (Sky turned out green).

Fingers crossed.
